We deliver your order within a few days with our partners UPS or DHL. Self-collection is not possible due to logistical and payment reasons.

Packaging & Shipping

  • We process and ship your order from Monday to Friday between 10 am and 7 pm.
  • Your order will be carefully packaged in fine tissue paper and environmentally friendly in a sturdy cardboard box, sealed with black tape.

 

Tracking

  • Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification from UPS or DHL with your package tracking number.
  • Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the message in your inbox.
  • You can track the shipment status one to two hours after receiving the shipping notification through the link provided, or with your tracking number at ups.com/de/en or www.dhl.de.

Delivery Change

Register with UPS My Choice:

  • Take advantage of UPS’s extensive service offering and register for free with UPS My Choice.
  • In your account, you can change a delivery address or redirect your shipment to a UPS Access Point® location. You will also receive an estimated delivery time window.

Register for your DHL Preferred Delivery:

  • DHL Preferred Delivery is a service offering for your individual parcel receipt. For example, use a drop-off location or a parcel station if you’re not at home. Your shipments will be delivered as you wish.

 

Delivery

  • Please check the packaging for any damage upon receipt of the package.
    If the cardboard box or package tape is not completely intact, or if there are signs that the package has already been opened, please refuse acceptance.
